More Soft Tissue Recovered From A Fossil

This isn’t going to be the last time recovering soft tissues from fossils supposedly millions of years old, in fact the fun is just beginning. First T-Rex, back in 2005, now muscle tissue has been found earlier this month…

“We noticed that there had been very little degradation since it was originally fossilised about 18 million years ago, making it the highest quality soft tissue preservation ever documented in the fossil record. According to the University College Dublin geologists, the muscle tissue is organically preserved in three dimensions, with circulatory vessels infilled with blood.”

Keep in mind, they use Darwinian logic which is story telling. This new discovery is an observable falsification of the idea these animals are so massively old. Evolutionists didn’t predict such findings in fact, they assumed it was impossible. Conflict over T-Rex in 2005 arose because the finding was a threat, accusations claiming poor research techniques and other conclusions of bacteria was alleged in giving researchers a false impression of soft tissue. They tried hard to explain away the finding but more research followed, their accusations were of course unfounded. This particular finding hasn’t been as controversial rather evolutionary scientists claim, it’s a rare finding but there is more out there. Indeed, a new treasure, they say. It’s not as rare as they assume.

Soft tissue found in fossils is vindication of the Bible. It’s vindication of the Earth being thousands of years old, not millions. The time scale which evolutionists go by is highly flawed.

T. Rex Debate Over Soft Tissue Revisited

One of the most damaging pieces of evidence against evolution which has been attacked countless times is now verified…In 2005, Mary Schweitzer’s made an incredible discovery. Blood vessel proteins and structures resembling cells were recovered from the dinosaur’s bone.

Kaye from the Burke Museum of Natural History in Seattle with two colleagues concluded in their observation of the dinosaur bone from seeing turtle and ammonite fossils was bacterial biofilm that grew in the hollow spaces inside the fossils rather than soft tissue.

In May 2009, Robert F. Service stated in science…

“A controversial finding that protein fragments can be recovered from dinosaur fossils has been replicated for the first time.  Two years ago, Mary Schweitzer, a paleontologist at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, and colleagues stunned the paleontology community when they reported discovering intact protein fragments in a fossil from a Tyrannosaurus rex that died 68 million years ago.  The claim has remained contentious, because proteins in tissue normally degrade quickly after an animal dies.”

This is a tremendous blow to evolution but great news for Christians as it verifies creationism.  How can soft tissue last that long? It can’t!  The story is now being created to explain evolution being falsified but rest assured, there’s no way this blood protein could be 68 million years old!

The data has been revisited and will be published in full detain on September fourth, here is a preview from Journal of Proteome Research

“In the study, Marshall Bern, Brett S. Phinney and David Goldberg point out that the first analysis in 2007 of a well-preserved, fossilized T. rex bone identified traces of seven distinct protein fragments, or peptides, from collagen. That material is one of the primary components of bone, tendons and other connective tissue. However, later studies disputed that finding, suggesting that it was a statistical fluke or the result of contamination from another laboratory sample.

“The scientists describe reanalysis of the T. rex data and also report finding evidence of substances found in collagen. “In summary, we find nothing obviously wrong with the Tyrannosaurus rex [analysis from 2007],” the report states.”

“The identified peptides seem consistent with a sample containing old, quite possibly very ancient, bird-like bone, contaminated with only fairly explicable proteins. Hemoglobin and collagen are plausible proteins to find in fossil bone, because they are two of the most abundant proteins in bone and bone marrow.”

So evolutionists have created a gap for themselves. Dino’s tissue is not showing the age of being 68 million years but rather much younger. The problem is, they are following a false timescale in a frame work that has failed countless times.

Soft Tissue From A Dinosaur Verifies Creationism

On of the more highly controversial findings happened in 2005.  Mary Schweitzer and her team found a T-Rex bone which contained soft tissue which contained blood vessel proteins and structures resembling cells. Critics inside the box (defenders of biological evolution) said the finding was contaminated.

The latest discovery was reported with great lengths to avoid any possibility of contamination. The paper carefully refrained from using the word “protein” in order to try and avoid any implications of disproving the theory of evolution.

“A controversial finding that protein fragments can be recovered from dinosaur fossils has been replicated for the first time.  Two years ago, Mary Schweitzer, a paleontologist at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, and colleagues stunned the paleontology community when they reported discovering intact protein fragments in a fossil from a Tyrannosaurus rex that died 68 million years ago.”

“The claim has remained contentious, because proteins in tissue normally degrade quickly after an animal dies.  On page 626, however, Schweitzer and colleagues report finding an even larger number of protein fragments from an 80-million-year-old fossil from a duck-billed dinosaur, or hadrosaur, known as Brachylophosaurus canadensis.”

Why would this finding remain so “contentious?” Because protein degrades fairly quickly, so quick in fact, it’s rare to even find proteins in fossils which are hundreds of years old.  Also, various lines of evidence was used to rule out bacterial contamination. This finding blows the lid off of the storytelling that goes on in evolution.   How could a fossil supposedly being 80 million years old still contain soft tissue with proteins? It can’t it’s not physically possible. The new finding also proves the soft tissue found in T Rex in 2005 wasn’t a fluke!

Now those who like to think “inside the box” consider this a gap which needs to eventually be filled with some sort of explanation (story) so it can be fitted into the time frame of an supposedly old earth.

There was also a heavy spin to the report,  the emphasis on the finding wasn’t on the preserved protein found in the fossil but whether or not the dinosaur could be linked to birds. But with appropriate scientific caution, the evidence did in fact point to the confirmation of the hypothesis that the protein fragments were once part of a living dinosaur which verifies creationism!

Computer Dinosaur Randomly Falls Flat On His Face

One of the mysteries of ancient dinosaurs is their anatomy which scientists can’t tell such things as how these animals walked on earth just by looking at their bones because one doesn’t know the size of the muscles nor where the muscles actually connect within the body of these great animals.

In order to try and solve this problem, a new software program was developed and labeled as “Digital Paleontology.”  In Live Science it reveals this software is suppose to give new insight to how T-Rex walked. It’s actually quite amusing to say the least. Here is what the intelligently designed selection did by trying to simulate mere chance…

“Initial attempts to randomly decipher which pattern of muscle activation works best result almost always in the animal falling on its face,”

lol, oops, looks like random change wasn’t working too good in the beginning as the poor animated dinosaur keep falling on his face. So the genetic algorithms had to be programmed to employ a unique event that almost sounds like witchcraft which is able to “alter themselves and evolve.”

Eventually, they evolve a pattern of muscle activation with a stable gait and the dinosaur can walk, run, chase or graze, Falkingham said.

Assuming natural selection evolves the best possible solution as well, the modeled animal should move similar to its now extinct counterpart.  Indeed, they have achieved similar top speeds and gaits with computer versions of humans, emus and ostriches as in reality.”

Does anyone know what the problem with this digital experiment? I would like to know why Falkingham did not try and study the PHYSICS of a dinosaur in order to understand it’s walking ability rather than “assuming” natural selection is going to build this “pattern” up to a fully functional dinosaur being able to walk, run, and graze.

Does he think the physics aspect has anything to do with religion, or is it easier for him to tell a story about this supposedly assumed mechanism of  intelligent, oops I mean natural selection in this simulation?

“Sometimes the experiments can throw up unexpected results.  Falkingham added.  For instance, when he was once simulating wet, sloppy mud to see how an extinct bird walked – findings that could shed light on how birds evolved from dinosaurs – once the result was a webbed footprint, even though the foot itself was not webbed.”

LOL, indeed some strange results which are quite amusing, I told you this was going to be good. Story telling about speculative evolution with computer simulations is not real science going on there, but I will give him credit for creativity with his computer programs!
